Working closely with the team at Dimension Data and Telstra, Nine Lanterns delivered learning for users of Cisco and Polycom IP Telephony that was usable, clear and engaging.
The solution provides for just-in-time (performance based) learning, achieving the goal of demystifying the features of an IP telephone for Telstra clients by simulating the experience of using it. The learning materials were also used as a permanent browseable reference guide.
