Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES Online) - IELTS Preparation Course
Nine Lanterns has delivered over 350 hours of content projects for AMES (yes... 350!). Importantly we have also provided this organisation with the capability of maintaining and extending these content products using CloudNine Content Authoring System. Obviously, these projects and system implementations for AMES are extensive and represent some of the largest projects we have completed to date for a NGO.
IELTS Preparation prepares students for the IELTS test - one of two globally recognised tests of English language competency for reading, writing, speaking and listening. The course follows the format of IELTS closely with a rich array of interactive learning materials covering a broad range of topics. Nine Lanterns originated all the content for the course, managing an extensive team of IELTS teachers and examiners as content writers.
The content is all scenario based and comprises a full range of authentic materials, instructional text (in multiple languages), rich feedback and cognitive scaffolds.
The course was built to the IMS QTI specification and authored using our CloudNine Content Authoring System.
