The project was run over two phases, the initial design phase which consisted of collaborating with other developers, the National Curriculum Reference Group, Subject Matter Experts and Teachers to establish best practice learning models. A core objective of the $70m Learning Federation initiative is to establish world class eLearning content.

The second phase of the project saw us building the Learning Objects, each of which comprised a number of activities in which learners constructed their understandings in a highly scaffolded and engaging set of experiences.

Nine Lanterns was awarded this project under competitive tender after previously completing 20 hours of interactive learning materials focusing on Maths concepts of Volume and Capacity for early and middle year students.
