Onboarding collects Gold and Platinum at the 2011 Learnx Asia Pacific Awards

Today, the Learnx Foundation awarded Nine Lanterns and partnering client Santos (a major Australian oil and gas exploration and production company) Gold and Platinum for the Onboarding training course.

Created in partnership with Santos, Nine Lanterns provided the online component of the blended induction program. This course allowed New Starters and New Leaders activities to test and practice the behaviours required to succeed in their role. Nine Lanterns have been working successfully with Santos since 2007, during this time we have developed a range of elearning solutions spanning from Safety to On-boarding.

Winning Gold for Best Employee Induction Training Program and Platinum for Best Blended Learning Solution, the Onboarding course complemented the face-to-face induction provided to new employees. Accepting today’s awards is Steve Grocott, CEO of Nine lanterns, “The journey with Santos has produced better and better outcomes...it’s great to have industry recognition for this success and I would like to say thanks to the very dedicated team at Santos for making it so enjoyable”.
