Onboarding course nominated for AITD award

The Onboarding course created in partnership with Santos (a major Australian oil and gas exploration and production company) was recently entered into the prestigious AITD awards . Today it was announced that ‘the judges have examined all the entries against the criteria and considered the entry to show a high standard of quality - you may even be the Winner of your category!’ Fingers crossed!

Nine Lanterns have been working successfully with Santos since 2007. During this time we have developed a range of eLearning solutions ranging from Safety to On-boarding. Since this time, Santos has seen the adoption and acceptance of online delivery of training grow rapidly throughout the business. The Onboarding course was designed to enhance the existing training solution provided to new employees by Santos. Nine Lanterns provided the online component of the program, offering New Starters and New Leaders activities that allowed them to test and practice the behaviours required to succeed in their role.
