Aligning your people development strategy with your change agenda

01 Oct 2010

In conjunction with TMI Australia we presented a seminar to answer a recuring question; "In my learning strategy, given our culture and our vision, how do I mix formal and informal learning and how should it be delivered?"

As a leader in eLearning development we partnered with TMI, a global leader in creating behavioural change, to create a seminar aimed at helping you to answer the above question and release value from your people development budgets.

Attendees learnt how to identify the ‘best practice’ learning approach based on their situation, assisting them to understand why these choices are made. Attendees also:

  • Learnt how to assess their place on the change cycle and understand their organisation’s readiness for behavioural change
  • Learnt how to apply formal and informal learning principles to their organisational learning strategy
  • We able to see how eLearning’s role has evolved from static ‘show and tell’ to a toolkit capable of changing behaviour
  • Learnt how to measure their organisations position on the eLearning landscape
  • Were able to take away hints & tips for devising the right training strategy
