Our telephone system provider is executing a planned upgrade, which has not gone smoothly & as a result you may not be able to get through to us. We hope that this issue will be resolved asap.

If you want to see the release that Engin have put out about this have a look. It's a long way short of the explaining the experience we've had of being without a phone for 2 days. We're not alone, I hear 5% of Engins customers are having the same issue.
