Rather than a 'one size fits all' approach we customise our methodology to suit, whilst at all times upholding a set of unwavering and important principles that ensure the client's business and project success criteria are followed.

Many in the eLearning industry have been critised for an immature approach to project management, and whilst they might not be upfront about it, and certainly not to a client, they regard project management as an overhead, a process that can be compromised and carried out by a non-professional.

Not so with Nine Lanterns. We realised from day one, that to retain and grow alongside our clients it was vital to put into place a robust, professional yet flexible means of managing complex projects of varying scale. Our clients have reaped the benefits of this commitment to excellence. We now have a transparent, proven (across many different projects) and entirely results-driven framework to deliver project success.

Our project management principles are based upon 'known' methodologies such as PMI, PMBOK and Prince2. But we have since extended these to include more adaptive techniques such as XP 'agile' approaches. The best of all worlds.
